Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Claim Support

Recovering from an accident can be overwhelming. GuidedAccess offers comprehensive support for MVA claimants, assisting with insurance claims, legal processes, and financial recovery to help you focus on healing.

Financial Assistance Navigation

We guide clients through the application process for various financial assistance programs, including disability benefits, child benefits, and other government support programs. Our goal is to simplify complex administrative procedures and secure the financial aid you deserve.

Short-Term Counseling & Crisis Management

We provide compassionate, solution-focused counseling and crisis intervention to help clients manage emotional distress and regain stability during difficult times.

Financial Literacy & Budgeting

Service Fees & Payment Information

GuidedAccess operates as a private practice, offering fee-for-service support tailored to individual needs. Our fees vary depending on the service provided.

Insurance & Coverage

Our services are not covered by Public Health Care insurance such as OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan).
Many private health care plans cover our services, depending on individual policies. We recommend contacting your Extended Health Plan (EHP) provider to confirm coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker.
Services may be eligible for reimbursement under certain private health benefits.
Our services qualify for the refundable medical expenses supplement tax credit (Line 45200) with a valid receipt.
Our providers are registered with HCAI billings for MVA claims and WSIB. We partner with Spark Lifecare to assist eligible claimants.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Interest charges may apply on missed payment deadlines.
We accept payments via e-transfer or through Stripe, a secure third-party processing platform that supports Apple Pay, credit cards, direct banking, and other secure online payment methods.
Direct billing to insurance is not available at this time. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service, and a receipt will be provided for submission to their private health insurance provider.

To uphold our commitment to accessibility and equity, we dedicate a portion of our client caseload to pro-rated, sliding scale, and pro-bono services. This approach allows us to provide support to individuals who may otherwise struggle to afford necessary assistance, ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of receiving vital services.
